Melbourne Auction Results – June 8th
A clearance rate of 74 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 80 per cent last weekend and 61 per cent this weekend last year.
There were 242 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 179 selling and 63 being passed in, 33 of those on a vendor bid. The Melbourne-wide clearance rate in May 2015 was 81 per cent, which is the highest for the month of May since 2009.
